Your message passes through services we use to run this site. Each sees only what it needs to:
- Our hosting provider, which serves the pages you are reading;
- Our email provider, which delivers the message to our inbox and holds it there.
Some of these operate servers in other countries. We share nothing with anyone else unless the law requires it.

This policy covers this website. When we build a system for a client, any personal data inside it belongs to the client. We process it only to carry out the work, only on their instructions, and control of it passes to them on delivery. That relationship is governed by the signed service agreement, not by this page.
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
We set no advertising cookies and run no third-party advertising or profiling trackers on this site. The only value stored in your browser is the language you chose, kept so the site opens the same way next time. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings without losing access to anything.
This site contains links to websites operated by others, including websites belonging to companies within our group, to social platforms, and to any other third party we may link to now or in the future. Those sites are run by other people under their own terms and their own privacy policies, and this policy does not apply once you leave ours.
We are not responsible for the content, security or data practices of any site we link to, and a link is not an endorsement of it. We would encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Where that happens we use established providers who commit to recognised safeguards for handling personal data, and we ask them for no more information than the task requires.
We may update this page as the site or the services behind it change. The date at the foot of the page is always the date of the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies to you.
Write to us first and we will try to put it right. If you remain unsatisfied, you may have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country. Nothing on this page takes that right away from you.
